How To Operate A High-speed Hair Grafting Machine?

The transmission structure of high-speed toothbrush hair grafting machine consists of a main drive shaft and four servo drive shaft systems. The four servo axes are horizontal X-axis, vertical Y axis, hair changing Z-axis and rotary A-axis. The XY two-axis coordinates determine the orientation of the toothbrush hole, the A axis has the effect of replacing the next toothbrush, and the Z axis has the effect of replacing the toothbrush hair color.

When the spindle motor (inverter control) operates, the four electronically controlled servo axes work with it, and the remaining four axes are stopped when the spindle stops. The speed of the spindle determines the speed of hair grafting, and the four servo axes respond to the requirement of harmonious drive, otherwise there will be hair loss or uneven hair.

1. When the machine is started, do not open the right door of the fuselage to prevent clothing and other objects from getting involved in the belt.

2. Do not put your hands into the machine that has been started.

3. Do not drop things or other items such as brush handles into the working machine to prevent damage to parts caused by the impact of the hair head or hook knife.

4. If the parts are worn, please replace them as soon as possible to prevent damage to the parts of other parts or poor quality finished products.

5. Pay attention to the cleaning, maintenance and smoothness of the machine.

6. Add clean 46-48# hydraulic oil to the oil tank.

7. The oil cup of the intake filter regulator should be filled with valve vapor spray oil.
